This is one of a series of 30-second motion graphics television spots Java Post Production recently completed for SGI (Saskatchewan Government Insurance). Each of the commercials explains an upcoming change to provincial traffic laws and how the public will be affected. This particular commercial deals with changes to the law concerning speeding.
