A message from Java Post Production re: COVID-19

To all our Java Post Production clients, co-creators, and partners:
In a creative industry like ours, we're used to working as a team, being flexible in changing situations, and staying positive as we get the job done. Those can-do qualities will help us continue to accomplish our work for your video projects during these very fluid and unusual times.
In light of the on-going concern regarding the COVID-19 virus, Java Post Production wants to let you know the steps that we are taking to minimize the risk of spreading the infection.
Our staff are following the recommendations of the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) and the Saskatchewan Ministry of Health, including such measures as using disinfecting wipes daily to sanitize work areas and frequently handled surfaces, washing our hands thoroughly and often, and using hand sanitizer on a frequent basis throughout each day. Whenever possible, face-to-face meetings with clients and co-creators are replaced with conference calls, and if work can be done remotely from home, our staff is doing that.
We're also drinking lots of good coffee. Okay, that's not a health agency recommendation, but it's vital for office morale.
As this situation evolves, we will continue to re-evaluate our responses in the best health interest of our staff and stakeholders. We encourage everyone to follow the guidelines of our civic, provincial, and federal health authorities. Stay aware and stay safe.
As of this writing, our office doors remain open for you. Just like when we're creating a successful commercial, corporate video, TV show, or feature film, the way we will all reach a successful conclusion is by looking out for each other and working together.
Sincerely,
Your friends at Java Post Production.
